We are introducing a 'Bake @ Home' sourdough starter with White and wholemeal flour however patience is key to make your own bread at home!

We will provide you with; 1kg of Strong flour and 1kg of wholemeal flour with a small container of NEWLANDS HOME BAKERY cultivated starter - we have been using our starter for 19 years now!

Follow the recipe or add your own dried yeast (for quicker results)

Simply add water and a little salt to the mixture (optional brown sugar)

This will give you or your family an opportunity to practice kneading the dough at each stage!
